How does the buying process work?

Once your request is received, we'll reach out to get all your specifications. Once the design is approved, a 50% non-refundable down payment will be needed in order to enter the order. Once your order is completed, the remaining 50% will be due.

How will I get my furniture?

Free pickup from our Kenosha shop is available.

Delivery is available within 75 miles of our shop in Kenosha, WI for $200. We can also arrange Third party shipping for anywhere in the contiguous US, just ask us for a quote before ordering.

What is your return policy?

Home decor and stock signs can be returned for 10% restock fee.

All furniture and commissioned pieces are made to order, and as such are non-returnable and non-refundable.
